Need to be close to $6K in the budget in order to cover next year’s expenses.  Hopefully Easter Flower fundraiser will be a success.

Jackets & Hoodies

·        Not a lot of orders have come in yet

·        Mail some info. to homes as well as more emails

·        Info. due to Kim by the 4/12 then the orders will go in

·        Board will pick up set up charges for sweatshirts

·        Michelle confirmed colors, etc for the shirts

·        Need at least 12 to place an order

·        Kids can still use credits for the shirts

Jazz Festival

·        Was not as successful as in the past

o       Low attendance

o       Could not sell raffles for baskets this year

o       Joe did not have Jazz Students sell Ads or Candy

o       Basically broke even

Fundraising

·        Easter Flowers from Platts – Mike Hochman handling

Ø      Sell flowers Friday, Saturday and Sunday, (Easter morning)

Ø      Decided to do a presell – can pick up at Wawa any of those days

Ø      Michelle will put together a brochure to attach to the order forms

Ø      Need volunteers to be at Wawa to sell

Ø      Do reminders to parents about the sale
