Nate’s Garden

Need volunteers to help take care of the Garden.  Sending out email to request help.

Tailgating

·        Money is in the budget to pay for tailgating supplies

Concession Stand – Food Committee

·        Joyce , Sheba and Kathy running

·        Need volunteers for 9/18, 10/9 & Thanksgiving

·        All set for food for footballs games, home show, etc.

Senior Walkout - Roses

·        Sheba is ordering the flowers for the senior walkout at Homecoming

Home Show

·        Budget was distributed to the group and reviewed

·        Still in need of a logistics replacement (M. Sprock is willing to train)

·        Food (concession taken care of – have grillers, need kitchen helpers)

·        Need runners for tapes for judges

·        Need to get tapes for judges for bands

·        Seniors will give out the awards with Ms. Dalton

·        Senior band students will act as hosts

·        All permits and forms have been completed

Fundraising

·        Joe Corbi’s – completed

·        Hershey Candy – Boxes were delivered 10/5/09

·        We will sell some at the Home Show

WebSite

·        Looking into redesigning the website

New Business

·        Think of new items for next year’s budget (need to form Budget Committee)

·        Band Jackets – we would like to offer band jackets to students and parents.  Agreed to wait until after Chapter Championships.
