Fall Rehearsal Schedule

*NEW FOR 2008

In an effort to maximize rehearsal time and allow students the proper time for their studies, the school has graciously given us permission to have Wednesday evening rehearsals in the stadium this fall.  To facilitate this change, Wednesday afternoons will be free for students to visit their teachers for extra help, attend club meetings, etc.  In addition, please note that rehearsal will be finished earlier than usual on Mondays.  On Tuesdays, we will run two separate rehearsal blocks, giving us ample sectional time.

This new schedule will allow us to have more effective rehearsals, as the added vantage point of the stadium will be invaluable to us over the course of the season.  Thank you for your cooperation with this change!

Monday:  2:30-4pm  ---  critique video of weekend performances and listen to judge tapes, small sectional rehearsals if time allows

Tuesday:  2:30-5:15pm  ---  Brass, Woodwinds, & Color Guard

                  6-9:15pm  ---  Percussion

Wednesday:  6-9:15pm  ---  Full Band in Stadium

Thursday:  2:30-5:15pm  ---  Full Band Rehearsal (practice field)

Friday:  2:30-5:15pm  ---  Sectionals/Band Rehearsal – dependant on Football / travel schedule

Saturday:  Rehearsal schedule depends on travel needs and performance times.  Typically we will rehearse 2 – 3 hours prior to departing for a competition.
